Salesforce.com custom application developer

We have designed an application that we would like to deploy on the AppExchange, and are looking for an application developer to bring it to life! The ideal candidate would work closely with us from our office in San Jose, CA during the course of the project. This will be a very fast-paced, iterative, development cycle and we're looking for a developer that enjoys that kind of environment, the challenge of innovating, and knows the Force.com platform inside and out.
