Need SalesForce.com Integration with WebEx

I work for InterCall, a global conferencing and collaboration firm. Our largest partner is Cisco WebEx, and I need a project manager/developer to built an application that will allow WebEx Meeting Center, Training Center and Event Center to integrate with SalesForce.com clients. Specifically, I need it to: •Send polished email invitations to salesforce.com leads, contacts and campaign members through InterCall's invitation tool or a third-party email marketing system. •Eliminate time-consuming spreadsheet work by instantly capturing registration and attendance details directly in salesforce.com. •Automatically create new leads for registrants and attendees not already in salesforce.com. •View key webinar and training metrics right in salesforce.com. I have been viewing the AppsExchange offering for this integration, but it is unsupported and Cisco does not validate its functionality as of October 2008. I would like to build one for the InterCall offered WebEx platform that can be utilized by our client base. Please advise.
