We started using Cloud2You direct mail about 6 months ago. We love it. It has provided a quick and easy way to reach out to our customers. Follow up is such a big part of business. Having something that makes it easy and effective is a winner. Another Arrow in the Quiver.

Great Direct Mail Provider for Salesforce

We use Cloud2you to send customized post cards to potential clients using data stored in Salesforce. We think this is a powerful way of getting through the mail clutter. We have even used "trigger mail" which automatically sends out a postcard. Excellent Value.

Was good then support went missing with my account having $$

Had to uninstall to troubleshoot issues with SF and several times now tried to rein-install but no one calls me or sends me link. I have ample amount of credit on my account and looking to rein-install

Innovative and powerful

Being in the cloud no longer means abstaining from all the benefits print has to offer. Now I can have workflows that send email alerts, chatter updates, and even postcards, birthday cards, and sales letters! It's amazing and almost magic. This truly enables the integrated marketing approach I and many of our clients desire. Well done.

Great Value, and Lots of Potential

It would cost so much more to send out cards like this manually. This is a great way for salespeople to stay in touch with prospects, and to get their attention in a way that email just cant. I have not used the mass send functionality yet, but I can see that being added in to a marketing plan to make it truly multi-channel. I am also interested in seeing how we could make use of this for sending out customized brochures or post-sales technical literature that customers need.

What SendOutCards Was Never Able To Do...

I ran into Cloud2You at Dreamforce last year, and, slowly but surely, they've helped my small business get up-and-running on an excellent marketing-force-automation system. They've been super-responsive to customer service queries, and have put together new cards for us as needed (sympathy, etc.), and as occasions arose. We'll be using this one for a long time, and most likely integrating it with very sophisticated drip-solutions like Eloqua and Hubspot.

Simple, intuitive and one of the best apps on AppExchange

I would recommend Cloud2You for anyone looking for an easy, intuitive solution for your direct mailing needs. Just select your template, type in your personalized message and click send. There's nothing else to it. The selection of mail piece templates is outstanding and they continually add new ones to keep the content fresh. It's a easy way to give your contacts that personal touch that emails just can't do.

Clients love Cloud2You, and so do I

This app is absolutely amazing! It really helps me communicate, personally, with a LOT more prospects and clients in any given day. In addition to the "nice to do but not crucial" greeting cards, I can whip out a Thank You note in the car following a meeting, and send intro packets in less than a minute as I add clients to my pipeline. It used to take much longer than that for me just to load my letterhead into the printer and find stamps, and consequently I wasn't sending out as much prospecting correspondence as I would have liked....and Thank You notes rarely got sent, despite my best intentions. Also, I like the ability to revise/or cancel the letters up to 24 hours after ordering so I can go back and include something I may have forgotten. Thank you, Cloud2You, for increasing my productivity- and enhancing my professional image. P.S. I haven't had any support issues yet (I've been using this for 3 months), so I am assuming it is stellar like the rest of the app. They wouldn't let not give it a rating :-)

Cloud2You is a must - especially since most of us conduct business electronically. Recently I received an email (ironically) from a customer talking about the impact a personal note has " ............ Also… I received your card in the mail. You know… nobody (including myself) does that any longer. It means so much to receive a personal card in the mail. I think you’ve awakened me!"
