Blaze Your Trail offers Salesforce admin and user support, including user management, training, troubleshooting, documentation, and regular system health checks and release updates. We provide data management services such as data entry, deduplication, contact and donation imports, list view creation, and segmentation for marketing and reporting.
We specialise in process automation by replacing outdated workflows and Process Builder with Flows, automating donation acknowledgements, onboarding, and referral tracking, and streamlining client intake and service delivery. Our reporting and impact measurement services include designing dashboards, setting up custom reports and campaign tracking, and integrating data across teams to establish a single source of truth.
For fundraising and marketing, we support campaign setup, membership tracking, and email performance reporting, and work with platforms like Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, Raisely, Humanitix, and Stripe.
