The Percolator team is committed to changing the world, and we do that by applying our skills with technology strategy, architecture, configuration, and code for Salesforce and other tools and applications. We are thought partners for our clients, helping them dream big and then translating those dreams into systems that scale mission impact. We are small enough that we can choose both our staff and our client projects with care, and you are guaranteed a top-notch team and our full attention when we work with you. We consult on a wide range of third-party tools and we never accept commissions for client licenses so our judgment isn't clouded about what tools will best serve you. We are client advocates, not platform salespeople. We also understand that software is only the beginning — it’s how you use it that matters. We make sure your tools live up to their promise, via strategic technology planning, staff coaching, meaningful metrics, and ongoing support. We recently celebrated our 10-year anniversary and have partnered with over 100 nonprofit clients.

We're based in Seattle, but we have a distributed remote team and we work with nonprofits all across the globe. Our clients range from large NGOs to smaller local organizations, but they’re all working to make the world a better place.
