Eagle Creek is dedicated to three core competencies – eCommerce custom application development & support, Information Management including Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and Master Data Management services, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application implementation, integration, migration and support services. We are unique due to our three tier delivery model that includes onsite expertise with our “Dakota Model” onshore (or rural) delivery platforms. The “Dakota Model” utilizes onshore project center based resources, in a model developed in collaboration with State Governments. Through this model we are able to achieve consistency and sustainability in the provisioning of technical & consulting capabilities to our clients.
