CRM programs and personalisation can quickly become unwieldy and complex—our approach reduces complexity and emphasises getting work into market that we can test and learn from. We work with our clients across a number of different service models from fully outsourced where AKQA plans, operates, maintains and executes CRM activity on Salesforce, to a hybrid model where execution is undertaken by the client and AKQA provides strategic consulting service.
