Our Digital Workplace Solutions team leverages Agenforce to process 2 million service tickets per year in Salesforce Field Service Management, with 70% auto-scheduled and a first-time-fix rate above 95%. At ~80,000 appointments per month across 7,300+ technicians in 120+ countries, we operate at a scale that benchmarks well above industry norms. Agentforce powers six live use cases in our field operations: Pre-Work Brief, In-Field Support Knowledge, Automated Validation, Post-Work Summary, Voice-to-Form, and Work Plans. ####Our Cloud, Applications & Infrastructure business delivers Salesforce-powered platforms across the full IT operations life cycle. Unisys-built accelerators for AI-assisted delivery, DevSecOps, and automated testing add further speed and reliability to every engagement.
