Description

Light Your Fires supports customers with IP Warming and/or coaching when they elect to self-implement SFMC. Donna Redmond began her Salesforce career as an ExactTarget customer in 2008 and joined the ExactTarget Professional Services team in 2011. Through her roles at ExactTarget, Salesforce, Cheetah Digital, and two Platinum Salesforce Partners (Acumen Solutions and Coastal Cloud), she was responsible for guiding hundreds of customers and consultants on best practices, platform knowledge, and more. This exposure has afforded opportunities to work with a variety of customers spanning verticals, marketing automation exposure, and size. ####Donna has also served in full time roles as a Solution Architect for Caterpillar, Inc and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator/Developer for Six Flags Entertainment Corporation. She currently works as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin/Architect for Unleashed Brands. All of these organizations have a large Salesforce footprint with complex business and data models and utilizing standard functionality such as Journey Builder and Automation Studio as well as Distributed Marketing.
