Since 2016, Don’t Panic Consulting has provided Salesforce services across various industries, such as financial and professional services, insurance, manufacturing, hospitality, nonprofits, and healthcare.##Many of our engagements tend to fall into 3 main areas: ##DevOps (full-cycle software development, Salesforce customization, integration, and implementation)##DataOps (data management, data migration, data transformation, and data visualization)##RevOps (customer engagement, customer interactions, customer journeys, and Salesforce 360). ##We use a white-glove approach to create customized solutions for our business partners, providing advice on how each piece of Salesforce can be used to become a force multiplier to their organization. Our services have included; technical architecture and development services, developing custom Salesforce integrations, API gateways, and next-generation solutions for a range of corporate clients. ##Many of these projects have involved teaming with strategic partners to deliver innovative and custom solutions on time and on budget. We like to engage with small/mid-sized projects, or as part of a larger team for large-scale engagements.
