When assisting clients, we start off by learning your org. This can be done by simply taking a look at your setup and using reports to inspect the data. We want to understand your priorities and focus on the items that are most important first. We build solutions that are extensible, simple, and we put in alerts that ensure that everything is working correctly, or if not, admins are the first to know. Finally, we really focus on the user experience. Building a great solution isn't always just coloring inside the lines. Often you need to really grasp the business process and put yourself in the user's shoes. This is something we do exceptionally well. We have a long list of references that are available upon request.
