The eCloudsPSA is a complete Professional Service Automation solution designed to allow Teams to easily manage all aspects of Project Management, Time Entries and Billing . Native to Salesforce the App is optimized for Accountingseed or QuickBooks.

  • #1. Start a new Project from the SF Opportunity:    ♦ Select the “New Project” button anytime.    ♦ Choose Template from your PSA library.    ♦ Pick the Milestones you want to include.    ♦ Click “Create Project” for Completion.

  • #2. Manage your Projects using GANTT Chart:    ♦ Drag & drop to revise Milestone timeline.    ♦ Day, Week or Monthly view. Export to PDF.    ♦ Connect Tasks to activate time dependency.    ♦ Create new Tasks or change Task Owner.
