Application Management includes a simple 'Quick Application' to qualify new prospective Businesses for your Incentive offerings and recording the new Account, Contact, and Application records with a single keystroke.

Incentives Management includes full automation of Contractual requirements for all Incentive offerings that automatically creates and assigns all Contract compliance Tasks, document needs, etc. throughout the term of the contract regardless of duration.

Property Management functionality captures all critical property information by type -- e.g., Retail, Medical, Manufacturing, vacant lots, and more. Our Properties' Object can also display a map of the property to clarify details and save valuable time.

Payment Management captures all Incentive-related payments and refunds along with capturing and recording Application Fees.

EIM's Home Page serves as a Management Console providing all Key Performance metrics of Applications, Incentives, Properties, Payments, and BRE Activities via detailed Reports and Dashboards along with Task details and Due Dates to enforce compliance.

EIM's Year-over-Year (YoY) Reporting allows users to quickly compare key YoY metrics -- e.g., Revenues, Employees, Payroll -- to monitor Incentive Contract compliance.

EIM can quickly answer questions such as how many Job Creation contracts are non-compliant because they haven’t provided scheduled Job Reports and how many new jobs were created Year-over-Year (YOY)?
