Overview

Use this package to configure the officially supported Salesforce Mobile Apps your organization. This package is usually pre-installed in your organization, but is available here in case you need to reinstall it.

  • Configure the Salesforce Mobile Apps for iOS and Android as connected apps

After installing this package, administrators can see the Salesforce Mobile Apps in their list of available connected apps. From here, administrators can manage the apps, attributes, profiles and permission sets, control inactivity timeout, IP restrictions, and more. This package is usually pre-installed in your organization, and is available on the AppExchange in case you need to reinstall it. To check if this package is already installed in your organization, as an Administrator, go to Setup > Installed Packages. If “Salesforce Mobile Apps” is listed in your Connected Apps section, you do not need this AppExchange package.
