Overview

Ksolves Event Reminder keeps a track of all the upcoming events like user's birthday to client's association anniversary in your Org. It keeps you informed of every upcoming event. It's auto email feature sends an email to them on the day of the event.

  • For now, the app keeps track of the following events: • User's Birthday • User's Work Anniversary • Contact's Birthday • Contact's Association Anniversary

  • Events can be filtered on the basis of three filters viz. Today, This Week, This Month, This Quarter. The tabular view makes the event details more comprehensible. Can be added to any page.

  • Auto sends an email to the person on his/her birthday or anniversary. Predefined editable email templates for birthday & anniversary.

Ksolves Event Reminder helps you keep a tab on the upcoming as well as ongoing events. The app would remind you of mainly four events viz. User's Birthday, User's Work Anniversary, Contact's Birthday, Contact's Association Anniversary. The app neatly organizes events into tabs with the component easily draggable to any page. It would also auto send wishes to the concerned person on the day of the event. It comes with two predefined email templates for birthdays & anniversaries which can be edited as desired.
