Overview

The Kid's Education Management Portal is targeted for Schools / Educational Institutes that want to share updates about their students' tests, fee requests & class notes with their parents. This will help them stay up to date with the happenings.

  • The solution secures the Guest User community by employing Google's reCAPTCHA v3 anti-bot security to deny access to the application by bots. This ensures that the community is accessed by actual humans providing an overall better user experience

  • The solution offers customization in: - Theme - reCAPTCHA disabling / enabling - Changing display texts using Custom Labels

Parents like to keep up to date with their kid's education. At the same time Schools want to keep them up to date about the same. This solution aims to make it easy for the schools to share the updates with their student's parents. The schools can setup an external guest community for their parents who can then log in to the School's community URL and view the: - School test performance of the kids - Various fee requests - Class notes shared by the school - Notes for the specific kid For their teachers / internal users, schools have the option to either: - Use the pre-built Lightning App to quickly get them going - Create an internal community and manage the details The solution offers additional flexibility in form of: - Customizable template to change the looks as desired - Change labels - Enable / disable Google reCaptcha integration
