This solution allows Schools to conduct tests using an online portal. Schools can setup Exams using a pre-built Salesforce App The Students will be able to authenticate themselves, take exams and check their exam results when published by School

  • The solution secures the Guest User community by employing Google's reCAPTCHA v3 anti-bot security to deny access to the application by bots. This ensures that the examinations are taken by actual humans providing an overall better user experience

  • Using Pre-Built Salesforce App, perform the following: - Manage Students - Create & manage Exams - Manage Questions and Answers - View Exam Results - Publish results for Students to view

  • Students authenticate themselves on a Public Community portal and can: - Take Examinations - Navigate & Answer individual Questions and Answers - Mark certain questions for later review - Submit Exams - View Results for Exams published by the school

This solution allows Schools / Educational Institutes to conduct tests for their students through an online portal. It offers randomized Question & Answers sessions for each individual student. This ensures fairness of the exams. Exam results are calculated automatically once an examination session is completed reducing the burden of evaluating the results. Schools need not spend inordinate time drawing up Question papers and can setup incremental MCQs for random presentation to the students. Students authenticate themselves on a Public Community portal and can: - Take Examinations - Navigate & Answer individual Questions and Answers - Mark certain questions for later review - Submit Exams - View Results for Exams published by the school Schools can use the pre-built app and perform the following: - Manage Students - Create & manage Exams - Manage Questions and Answers - View Exam Results - Publish results for Students to view
