Highlights
Use Data Defender to manually search, retrieve and redact records with keywords requested by Customers to redact from the CRM. Retain information about who redacted which type of record and for what reason for historical reporting and context.
Define your own regex or search term rules to automatically run on any inbound communication (Email Message, Social Posts, Chat Transcripts, Chatter and more) and highlight the inbound communication as a violation to your company's policies.
Use the custom Data Defender Events object in Lightning Flows to update a record (escalate, etc.), send an outbound message and more when there is a violation event of particular interest.
