Salesforce clients struggle to analyze usage in a meaningful way across core Salesforce, Salesforce Add-Ons (e.g. Field Service, Maps) and App Exchange Add Ons (e.g. Conga, RealZips, etc.). Salesforce provides a simple ‘Login Report,’ but this lacks any detail and is only valid for Salesforce/Experiences.
