In 2018, Data Travel saw an opportunity to improve the way hospitality technology works. Challenges around integrations and data management were slowing down innovation, especially when it came to guest engagement and personalized experiences. In response, we created Hapi (Hotel API), a hospitality-focused solution that helps hotel companies connect core systems and make better use of their data. Hapi supports real-time, plug-and-play integration between PMS and other hotel systems, along with two-way connectivity to Salesforce, the world’s leading platform for guest and staff engagement. With Hapi Guest for Salesforce, hotel groups get a central view of customer data across their entire portfolio, along with tools like dashboards, department-specific reports, and performance tracking. This gives teams the insight they need to improve guest experiences, run smarter campaigns, and grow loyalty. Today, over 14,000 hotels use the Hapi platform to get more from their tech stack and bring their ideas to life.
