Integrates with Agentforce to automate quote record creation.
Adding a meeting note summary to an opportunity automatically generates a quote with items, prices, and quantities. This works with Salesforce’s Einstein Conversation Insights, integrated third-party tools, and manually entered notes.
Create Quotes with a Simple Conversation Need a quick quote? Just tell Einstein the item name, quantity, and discount rate, and it will automatically create the quote for you.
Scalability Integrating with Salesforce Flow and soasc’s reporting features automates workflows and document generation. For example, you can instantly present a quote after the first meeting, streamlining the process.
Integration with Agentforce By simply launching Einstein from an opportunity and specifying the items and quantities, soasc automatically creates the quote record. Additionally, Einstein detects quote creation tasks from meeting notes and generates the corresponding quote record. Free Package Users of soasc can use this feature for free. A separate contract for Agentforce is required. This package can only be installed in Salesforce organizations where soasc v3.16 or later is installed.
