  • Group Chats and Direct Messages: If Channels aren't quite your thing, you can work with Group Chats (if created by this app) and Direct Messages for laser-specific targeting of messages.

  • Flag Members - @mentions are a great way to notify people of a particular message. User and Tag based mentions are supported.

  • View User presence / status within Teams from a Lightning record page. You can specify how to lookup a single user and how to lookup a list of users (Opportunity Team, Account Team, custom relationship). Toggle the ability to 1-click send a DM as well.

  • Summarize the conversations happening in Teams and store the summary within Salesforce, keeping all your business data together.
