Galigeo: Maps, Mapping, Route, Territory Management & Geolocation (Standard Ed.)

This End-Client Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Galigeo a French SAS-type company having its registered office at 87 avenue d’Italie, 75013 Paris, France (“Galigeo”) and the End-Client (collectively the “Parties” and each a “Party”), as identified in the order submitted to Galigeo and/or in the account held by SFDC (“Org”) and attached to the use of Galigeo’s application which name is “Galigeo for Salesforce” (the “Application”).##This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for the use of Galigeo’s Application in combination with certain Salesforce.com SARL’s OEM services, for professional purposes, as further described in this Agreement, for which the End-Client has submitted an order or requested a trial.##Please Copy/Paste the following URL to read the agreement in detail (English version): ##https://goo.gl/vtJjML
