TheThe WealthTrack CRM Service is a software program (“WealthTrack CRM Software”) that runs on top of the salesforce.com platform. Customer data is stored in the salesforce.com data centre and accessed by WealthTrack CRM Software using the salesforce.com Web Services API. This salesforce.com Web Services API and the salesforce.com service include the ability to report, administer, customize, extend, and integrate with the salesforce.com service as described in the Salesforce.com User Guide. ####WealthTrack CRM Software consists of definitions and programs that reside inside the salesforce.com data centre (such as APEX code, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, custom fields and custom objects as defined in the salesforce.com User Guide) and processing logic that exists in the WealthTrack CRM data centre. The WealthTrack CRM Software and the salesforce.com service interact smoothly together to provide a consistent end user and administrative experience. ####The WealthTrack CRM application requires a Salesforce.com user license. WealthTrack is compatible with the Force.com, Salesforce Enterprise or Professional editions of Sales or Service Cloud. (as defined in the salesforce.com end user guide), which Customer may use to customize and extend the WealthTrack CRM application with additional functionality. WealthTrack does not resell the Salesforce.com licenses and you are directly responsible to Salesforce for renewing and supporting these licenses. TechActif provides basic support for Salesforce.com functionality only as it relates to the WealthTrack functionality and WealthTrack CRM customizations. Salesforce.com does not provide direct end user support for WealthTrack CRM.
We show Salesforce accounts that are linked to a Trailblazer account and have the Manage Billing permission. If an account is missing, check that it's connected to to your Trailblazer account profile. Then verify that you’ve been assigned the Manage Billing permission in the related org.
