Simple Signature - Electronic Signatures & Document Generation for Salesforce

There are no additional terms beyond the standard AppExchange User Agreement for the free/trial version. Once you upgrade to the paid version, you are agreeing to pay an annual licensing fee dependent on the number of salesforce users currently utilizing the app. The annual fee shall be re-calculated based on the active users, will be due upon the anniversary of the original paid upgrade, and shall continue until you uninstall the app from your production org.
