Ownership and Licensing ####Satrang Technologies Private Limited hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, global right to use the solution, only for your own internal Organization's use. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Satrang Technologies Private Limited.####You shall not (i) license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party the product in any way (ii) change or make custom works based upon the solution; (iii) create internet links to the solution (iv) reverse engineer or access the solution to build a competitive solution (v) use it to send spam or computer viruses (vi) violate applicable laws and regulations.####Satrang Technologies alone shall own all rights, title, and interest, including all related Intellectual Property Rights, in and to the use of its technology and any suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, feedback, or other information provided by you or any other party relating to the solution. This agreement is not a sale and does not convey to you any rights of ownership to the Intellectual Property rights owned by Satrang Technologies. ####C. Liability Disclaimer ####The solution is provided to you on an "as is" basis. Satrang Technologies makes no claim or guarantee as to the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability, truth, accessibility, correctness, or wholeness of the solution. Satrang Technologies does not claim or warrant that (i) the use of the solution will be secure, without disruption, without errors, or work in combination with any other hardware or software (ii) the solution will meet your needs (iii) errors or defects will be corrected (iv) the solution is free of viruses or other damaging components. ####Satrang Technologies shall not be held accountable for the damage or failure resulting from the use of the Update Client Details. ####D.
