Overview

Work Trail provides a seamless interface for users to improve collaboration. Create notes with different types, statuses, and background colors. Easily view notes for related records. Customize which tasks to display for different types of records.

With Work Trail's advanced notes, you can create different types of notes, customize their statuses, and choose background colors. What sets Work Trail apart? It allows you to display notes from related child records at the parent record level. For example, you can display notes from Cases, Opportunities, and other standard/custom objects at the Account level. You can quickly define sets of tasks to display when viewing records with Custom Task Sets. Display different Task Sets for a record as it moves along its lifecycle, or just a standard set of tasks for records with a particular object type or field value. Once task sets are configured, you can mark them complete with just a single click!
