I purchased this to be able to send mass emails from Salesforce for a very specific use case that doesn't work well with standard marketing automation tools (i.e. sending to a related list of contacts from a custom object, where the list of contacts sometime exceeds 500+ so Outlook alone cannot manage the sends well). The onboarding team has been very frustrating to work with. I feel like I have to explain the basics of Salesforce to them, and they clearly do not know their own product well.
