We also appreciated their adaptability in accommodating changes to requirements that emerged after the blueprint phase, ensuring continuity without compromising delivery. As a minor point for improvement, there was a relatively high turnover in project management roles, which at times created some communication challenges. However, this did not significantly impact the final outcome of the project.
