Deep Cloner

Stop copying related records by hand. Salesforce's standard Clone button copies one record. Deep Cloner copies the record and the related records you choose, in a single step. What you can do - Choose what to copy: child objects such as Contacts, Opportunities and Cases, up to four levels deep (Account > Contacts > Cases). - Find objects fast: search, select all matches, sort by what you clone most. - See the size first: a live count shows how many records will be created. If it exceeds your limit, Clone stays disabled. - Save selections as templates and apply them in one click. - Link or duplicate Files and Notes. - Clone many records at once from a list view. - No page layout work: use the Deep Clone tab, or add the included quick action. Built to be safe - Runs as the user: permissions, field-level security and sharing apply. - All or nothing: any failure rolls everything back. - References between copied records point to the new copies. - Admins set a maximum records per clone and exclude objects. Setup 1. Install the package. 2. Assign the Deep Cloner User permission set (Deep Cloner Admin for admins). 3. Open the Deep Cloner app.
