My partner, KUSRC, did their utmost to meet our requirements. Despite the project being somewhat challenging, they carried out the project twice (in January and June) to improve consistency, elevating it to a satisfactory level. Thanks to them, our dealer users have benefited from accessing technical information and similar case studies from other dealers that were previously unavailable. Although we wanted to continue developing this further, internal budget constraints made it difficult, however, through this project, they provided excellent guidance on the process of building AI agents, allowing us to gain meaningful lessons learned. Therefore, they remain in my memory as a partner I would like to work with again if the opportunity arises.

He was a partner who practiced ‘what he said’. I was very impressed by the way they tried and developed something when a customer requested it, rather than just saying no. In addition, it was clear whether the request was possible or not, so the work was handled neatly.
