Great customer service and timely responses
Cloud Sensi has delivered a solution that has resulted in a more accurate reflection of contacts within Salesforce Marketing Cloud for our organisation. As part of this, they were required to undertake analysis to identify the areas of opportunity and work with multiple technical teams that resulted in a significant reduction in volumes which ensures we manage the platform optimally.
