Greytrix was contracted to create a Custom Salesforce Case Management system that allowed us track all Internal/External Customer or Quality Issues. They were able to setup all custom fields that were particular to our business and needs, created work flows for an automated email alert system. Dashboards and Reports to help us slice the data and manage all Cases. They manage the project from start to completion, and generally always complete within a reasonable time with respect to proposed completion dates. Great support

Adil and his team at Greytrix have been excellent to work with in setting up and managing the integration between our Sage 300 and Salesforce systems. They are dedicated to getting things right, and are happy to take on everything from large projects to small tweaks and changes. Thanks to their work our Sales Reps have real time access to any information they would need on their customer accounts, removing the need to continually request info from head office, as well as various ways of creating orders depending on the stores preferences, which has improved our workflow and data accuracy. While the original project really only took a few months to implement, we have a standing service contract as well that we make good use of whenever we want to make little changes or think of new improvements to our processes.
