Intelligent hassle free JSON mapper

Overview

A Lightning app build from multiple LWC building blocks that drastically reduces the mapping effort for any integration. We no longer need to create the objects and fields beforehand. Define it all in one place and the Membrane will create them for you.

  • Salesforce native mapping framework for JSON based integrations Rich and hassle free UX to create mapping between Salesforce objects and JSON Create mapping without the need to have all the objects/fields created beforehand.

  • The Membrane will create the missing data model once the mapping i.e. membrane is finalised. Osmosis - Apex library to generate JSON from Salesforce record and vice versa that can be used in trigger/flows etc.

  • One single membrane record can be used for both Inbound and Outbound mapping. No more wrapper classes needed.

  • If the sample JSON has changes, then no worries. Re-generate the Membrane without overriding the existing mapping. Edit as many times as you need.

  • Update the mapping even when it is being used in triggers/classes/flows etc. No need to delete/deactivate the components where the membrane is used

  • Got complex mapping for fields? No worries - implement the logic in an apex class that implements MembraneMutationInterface, and configure the same against the mutation capsule for that field in the membrane.

  • 2-way healthcheck of the mapping.

The Membrane - A Lightning app build from multiple LWC building blocks, drastically reduces the mapping effort for any Salesforce user (Admin, Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Developer). Simply start with a sample JSON and create the mapping with a rich UX. With Membrane, we no longer need to create the objects the fields beforehand; YES while we map the JSON keys with Salesforce Objects and fields we can either select existing object/fields or define one in the same UI without leaving the app. Membrane will then give the option to generate the objects/fields and dedicated permission set for the new definitions. The mapping is not just a documentation. The additional apex class library can then be used (in trigger, flows etc.) to create JSON from the salesforce record and vice versa using the Membrane Id that we created. The Membrane additionally has features wherein we can make a health check to verify if the membrane (i.e. the mapping is generating the desired results or not) and make changes accordingly.
