TFPG was great at keeping our team informed, quick to answer questions - felt more like a partnership for the project than a consultant.
A Smooth and Seamless Experience
We started a project with them to integrate one of our donation portals into Salesforce that previously was a manual staff task. Automation both gives us staff time back to use elsewhere, is a good foundation to allow for growth without more investment and allows us to tax receipt & thank our donors faster. A relatively small project in the grand scheme of things but TFPG was lovely to work with on it! They have been transparent to work with, very good at explaining everything along the way - even the extra technical aspects. They have great tracking systems to ensure the project stayed on track and timeline. And they also consistently went the extra step and fixed a couple other small issues that they happened across that weren't necessarily directly tied to the project. Would recommend working with this consultant :)
