BDHQ have been an incredible help and invaluable asset to our small charity. They have solved many problems that were holding us back. I would highly recommend BDHQ to anyone using Salesforce.
BDHQ was great to work with! We needed support migrating a variety of old workflows to Flows. They were organized, communicative, and responsive. They also worked quickly. On our side, We had adequate documentation on most of what we wanted to produce and many of our workflows, and it was helpful going in with these resources to communicate our goals and specs clearly. Our team members are not very technically skilled or process-oriented, so during the user testing phase, the burden of testing fell on fewer team members than ideal. Customers may want to spend some initial time training their Salesforce users on how to test and communicate test results to make the user testing phase more efficient.
It has provided a platform for community members to learn, share experiences and innovate as we build solutions that enable thriving community activities.
