Professional and knowledgeable
Alwyn was professional and approachable throughout the project. He demonstrated solid Salesforce knowledge and guided us through the implementation clearly. Communication was consistent, and he responded promptly to questions and feedback, which made collaboration straightforward.
I was not an experienced Salesforce user, and managing the World Youth Day project initially felt daunting. However, the step-by-step guidance, timely support, emails and online meetings provided by the PACEM team were incredibly helpful. Thanks to their assistance, the project became much more manageable. The reports they assisted in creating, along with the system's ease of use, proved invaluable.
