She is proactive, organized, and thoughtful in how she approaches problems. She has been instrumental in navigating complex integration issues, stabilizing the Marketing Cloud environment, and ensuring campaigns run smoothly. She is a major reason we continue to secure renewals on this account. The client trusts her which translates directly into retention. My only “concern,” if it can be called that, is that we should be leveraging her more broadly.
