Positive Experience

We recently worked with Simpala to deliver our new Partner Portal. The project was strong from the start, with Callum and Dionysios taking the time to fully understand our requirements and document them clearly, giving us confidence that everyone was aligned from the outset. The project portal provided good visibility of progress and made it easy to manage testing and feedback. We also appreciated the team's flexibility in accommodating changes to timelines and project needs. Thanks to Phil and the wider Simpala team for their support throughout the project.

We engaged Simpala to implement Salesforce Field Service (FSL) for our UK and Ireland operations, replacing a legacy field service system and integrating a spares-only commercial track alongside a full engineer dispatch and job execution workflow. Our business presented a complex set of requirements: two geographic territories, two ERP systems (Sage and SAP), multi-rate engineer scheduling, asset management, mobile field execution, and reporting across service and commercial functions — all without an existing Salesforce Field Service baseline. Simpala brought genuine FSL platform expertise, particularly in scheduling configuration, the dispatcher console, mobile app setup, and asset hierarchy. Jack Myler as PM was a standout — consistent, accessible, and instrumental in keeping the project moving through what became a more complex build than either party initially scoped. The wider Simpala team delivered solid work on flows, automation, mobile customization, and reporting configuration. The Salesforce products involved were Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Field Service, with the FSL mobile app deployed to field engineers across both territories. The implementation has given us a single platform for case management, work order lifecycle, engineer dispatch, time capture, and asset tracking — replacing manual processes and disconnected systems. Tip for others: Define your reporting requirements and territory segmentation logic in detail before discovery — Simpala works best when the client can provide clear, documented inputs. The more specific you are upfront about edge cases in your business (multi-site customers, split ERP environments, rate complexity), the smoother the configuration phase will be.

We recently onboarded Salesforce with Simpala and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. The whole team made what could have been a daunting transition feel genuinely straightforward. A big thank you to Dan and David, who have both been brilliant to work with throughout. Their knowledge, patience, and responsiveness gave us real confidence at every stage. I do want to put a special mention out for Jack Myler, though. Jack is one of the best project managers we have worked with at any organisation, full stop. His ability to assist, help, and jump on things is unbelievable. Whenever something came up, he was straight onto it, and that proactivity made a huge difference. He has made the entire process feel seamless and genuinely manageable, which is no small feat with a project of this scale. If you are considering Simpala for a Salesforce onboarding, you will be in very good hands. Highly recommended.

A great experience

Simpala was wonderful to work with. The team was always friendly and made what had previously been a painful experience enjoyable. They worked to fix the issues left behind by the previous consultant in my Salesforce until it was functioning just as I had designed. The team was knowledgeable and responsive.
