Tomas @ Hartech is the easy button of small Salesforce consultation teams. He is a focused and engaged implementation partner who can handle any of the common Salesforce needs: Administration, Development, or Architecture. He is hyper-communicative, has great documentation and diagramming hygiene, and can clearly communicate the tradeoffs that are inevitable in engineering and those that are specific to Salesforce. My experience with Salesforce Consultant prior to Tomas @ Hartech follows one of two paths: 1) very expensive for little return or slow and complicated progress, ballooning implementations with ballooning budgets and timelines, 2) a consultant who is not generally engaged or focused on my specific implementation needs, giving me boilerplate or downright outdated implementation advice. Either way, slow and painful progress, just at different price points. Tomas @ Hartech is neither of these problems.
