By integrating Amp Impact and Agentforce, nonprofits can access project insights through natural-language queries. This includes retrieving reporting period data from Amp Impact and returning a narrative summary on demand — enabling an Agentforce agent to respond to requests for a project's latest reporting period summary using live Amp Impact data. Useful for program managers and M&E teams who need quick, reliable access to project performance without running manual reports.
