Provider Details

Novigem is a Salesforce-native gamification platform that drives consistent sales and customer success behavior. Built as a managed AppExchange package, it runs entirely inside Salesforce Lightning Experience, no external sync, no second login, no data leaving your org. Novigem turns everyday Salesforce actions into structured challenges with real-time points, badges, and leaderboards. When a rep logs an activity, updates a pipeline record, or fills in a contact role, points land immediately, inside Salesforce, where the behavior happens. We built the product on three behavioral science principles: reinforcement timing (Skinner, 1953), self-efficacy (Bandura, 1977), and expectancy theory (Vroom, 1964). The mechanics are the research.
