Love me some gamification!
I struggled with my team not doing their basic logging/sf admin. Tried many things: - Bugging them - Begging them - Making dashboards for them (that only get filled once they logged) Then I saw this (novi) gem popping up in the appexchange. And DANG dit it work. They are now basically addicted to logging. Good old dopamine did the trick. Appearantly all it took was playing their game: reps want to WIN. And logging stuff was not winning. But giving them achievements and leaderboards, now that's their language. Would highly recommend this to anyone struggling with (their team) not updating their CRM properly.
