The most native SendGrid option
We tested a couple of tools that integrate with SendGrid, and Unlimail feels the most native to Salesforce by far. Our team didn’t need any retraining, cause it works just like the standard Salesforce email flow, which made adoption easy. The free option is a nice bonus, and we’re looking forward to upgrading later to lift the limits. Overall, solid experience and smooth setup.
We’ve started using the Pro version in production after it was launched. Setup was smooth, and everything is working as expected. Very happy with the upgrade.
