The Easy data loading solution complements the CSV Template Download Summer’23 NZC feature that allows users to download a csv template for any Salesforce entity(with data types, data format explained). Users are expected to populate data(offline) as per the template and use this Easy Data Loading solution to import the records easily into the appropriate Salesforce entity. Benefits of Easy Data Loading solution 1. The solution is easy to use & eliminates the need to populate references using Salesforce Ids. 2. The solution is flow based and leverage low code features only. 3. The solution can be easily extended as per one's needs (add/remove entities from the list) Technical details/components used in the solution: 1. A standard entity called ReceivedDocument to upload the csv file 2. A pre-configured flow that parses the csv file and creates records in the target entity. The flow leverages a standard invocable action named "importRecordsFromCsvFile" 3. Solution also provides success/ failure notifications within the same screen (OOTB feature of ReceivedDocument)
