Failed to Migrate Profile to Permission Set

Excited to find a tool that could help my company with a smooth transition from Profiles to Permission Sets. Unfortunately when testing this app in our UAT environment, it failed to migrate the profile. I simply received a message that the system was working on the migration and to check back on the profile tab but nothing was migrated. There were no Profile Migration or Migration Error logs to review. I reached out to support to see if i could get some assistance.

Michael, I am also getting the same results. This worked before in a previous sandbox with no issues, however now I do not see a picture similar to the first screen capture above (P2P Homepage). I only see Analyze org and that is all. Also when selecting a specific profile and pressed migrate profile, nothing happens after. I think there is something we must enable or update with the new major releases that occurred I'm guessing. Anybody on Salesforce that can assist? This is an awesome tool that we can utilize.

Great and fast tool

Absolute gamechanger to quickly create all needed permissionsets from older profiles. On the automatic setting everything works on its own, just add the users and you're done! Had a little hiccup but they supported me very quickly and we were able to find a workaround very fast so that I can proceed. Thanks again!

Is there a specific support email that you reached out for assistance? Running into issues when trying to convert profiles, appears the system is saying "in progress" but not action is taken, is this something similar to what you experienced.

Automatic Migration Worked, But Manual One Did Not

The Automation Migration option worked but would have been better if we had the option to move all permissions to one PS apart from one per metadata. Also, when I tried Manual option, after selecting all permissions to move and clicking on 'Save', it gives an error message saying "DML operation on setup object is not permitted after you have updated a non-setup object (or vice versa): esp2p__Migration_Error__c, original object: PermissionSet". This needs a fix. Rest good effort to support profile to permission set functonality.
