Findhelp - Inbound Referrals Management

Receive inbound referrals from Findhelp directly in Salesforce—view details, provide status updates that flow back to Findhelp, close the loop, and report on outcomes. - View referral details including sender’s name, individual’s name, submission date, contact preferences, current referral status, and more. - Update referral statuses directly from your Salesforce dashboard to close the loop (automatically reflected in Findhelp). - Referrals are linked to Contact objects, making it easy to track outcomes within Salesforce reporting. Please note:: - Referral records may include Protected Health Information (PHI). Before installing, confirm with your Salesforce account team that (a) your Salesforce subscription includes HIPAA-eligible Services and (b) an executed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is in place with Salesforce covering those Services. - Under the Salesforce ISVForce program, BAA coverage runs directly between Salesforce and the Customer; Findhelp does not hold a BAA with Salesforce on installers' behalf. A separate data sharing agreement with Findhelp is also required prior to first use.
