I've used Salesforce in the past and have done several migrations with CRMs, once with Salesforce. To say it was a nightmare, is an understatement. When discussing a move to Salesforce, I let them know of my concerns. Matt Mountain was incredibly quick to reassure me that this wouldn't be the case this time. I trusted Matt, which turned out to be an incredibly smart decision. Matt knows Salesforce inside and out. He knows the workarounds, the troubleshooting, and how to develop Salesforce in the most meaningful way. He's eager to jump in and help with anything.
