We hired Swift Cloud Solutions to help us set up and customize Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud for our organization, including CRM, fundraising, program management, and some volunteer information. The entire process took about 3 months and was well planned through an initial orientation call to evaluate our needs. We had weekly calls to discuss updates and progress, and we utilized an online Project Management system to track outstanding issues. Islam was incredible to work with, making the entire experience enjoyable and helping us to achieve all of our goals in a short time period. He was very knowledgeable about all of Salesforce, provided options when there were multiple approaches we could take, and was extremely responsive. He was also willing to train us on how to make our own edits to become more self-sufficient, rather than needing to return for any minor changes. Islam Ayoub was hired to review our Salesforce installation and make recommendations for improvement and expand our use based on available Salesforce function not currently utilized. Islam's in-depth knowledge of Salesforce allowed him to redesign our utilization of Salesforce at a basic level that should have been done at the initial installation. He made the improvements and ported existing data into the newly designed system. We are now ready to roll out our newly designed applications to over 100 Salesforce portal users. Our installation utilizes Salesforce NPSP and Salesforce Portal licenses. We now have multiple Salesforce applications that will be more readily accepted by new users and designed to accommodate growth. We are also better positioned for potential replication of our Salesforce applications to other nonprofit organizations.
