Sliick Files - Bring Your Own External Storage Free

A little tweak and works great

We have been testing Sliick Files as a solution to move Salesforce file storage to S3-compatible object storage, and overall I’m very impressed with the product. The setup took some troubleshooting, particularly around Salesforce CSP and Lightning Web Security, but once everything was configured correctly, the integration worked very well. Files can be uploaded directly from Salesforce records while the actual file content is stored in S3 storage, which gives us a much more cost-effective way to manage file storage without significantly changing the user experience. I especially like that Sliick works directly within Salesforce and maintains the relationship between files and Salesforce records. From the user's perspective, it feels very similar to working with native Salesforce Files. I also had a good experience with Sliick support. They were responsive and helped identify the configuration issue that was preventing uploads in our environment. For organizations dealing with Salesforce file storage limits or looking to use their own object storage, Sliick Files is definitely worth considering.
